The latest annual report by the technology startup Consumers Trust recognises NACEX, Logista’s express parcel and document delivery company, as a "Recommended Brand 2025". Specifically, the company was chosen as the best brand in its category, Correio Expresso - Nacional, by achieving the highest Satisfaction Index (SI), 90.5.
The "Recommended Brand" distinction is the most important indicator of trust and reputation awarded directly by consumers in Portugal. Based on the scores and evaluations attributed to the brands in 2024 for the solutions provided for their complaints through the Portal da Queixa, the recognition assesses speed, close contact with the customer, responsiveness, and the solution of complaints.
"The score received reflects the effort we have made at NACEX to strengthen our position in Portugal and to continue offering customers the high quality of service they are used to, an effort that is part of our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement," explains Joao Jales, NACEX Portugal’s Country Manager.
In this regard, in October 2024, the company increased the sorting capacity of its Porto hub from 3,900 to 6,000 shipments/hour, thanks to a new sorting system with Crossbelt Linear technology and colour scanning. The 2,150 m² Porto hub has 4 goods in and 32 goods out points, as well as an automatic recirculation system.
In the same vein, NACEX opened a new hub in Viseu in December 2024. It has a sorter with a barcode reader capable of reading up to 3,500 items per hour. Located in a 700 m² warehouse, it has 14 bays suitable for lorries, bodied vehicles, and delivery vans.
