(hereinafter “LOGISTA PORTUGAL”) complies with current legislation on personal data protection and, in particular, with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of 27 April 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and other applicable legislation.

 


The User of this domain (hereinafter, the “Data Subject” or, in the plural, the “Data Subjects”) is responsible for accessing, browsing and using the website http://www.logista.pt and, therefore, the Data Subject agrees to faithfully and diligently observe the additional instructions provided by LOGISTA PORTIJGAL or its authorised personnel with regard to the use of the website and its content.  Likewise, please inform LOGISTA PORTUGAL of any event that may involve an illegal act or infringe the rights of third parties, either through the features of the website or through the “contact” form.

 

In the “Contact” form at http://www.logista.pt/pt/paginas/contacta.aspx, the Data Subjects’ personal data will be processed by LOGISTA PORTUGAL for the purpose of managing suggestions, questions, requests for information, or any type of communication sent by its customers or third parties, in relation to Logista or any of the companies of the Group.  This data processing is legitimate further to the Data Subject's consent.  If the request for information refers to the performance of an existing contract and/or the quality of the services provided by a company of the Logista Group, the Data Subject expressly accepts that their data will be sent to the corresponding subsidiary in order to respond to their enquiry.  We would also like to inform you that your data will be kept for 1 year after you have received the online form.

 


The natural or legal person who voluntarily provides their data in the “contact” form at http://www.logista.pt/pt/paginas/contacta.aspx authorises LOGISTA PORTUGAL to send information related to their enquiry, through any of the channels that the interested party has indicated for this purpose; post, telephone, fax, email, or other.

LOGISTA PORTUGAL undertakes to delete or block personal data when it is no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which it was collected, by means of a specific form for this purpose, and to respond to requests for information made by the Data Subject, with the commercial company LOGISTA PORTUGAL being responsible for processing.

 

The mere fact of accessing and using this website presupposes that the Data Subject has accepted the conditions of this Privacy Policy.  Furthermore, LOGISTA PORTUGAL reserves the right to amend it in order to adapt it to possible new legislation or case law, new services with data protection implications, as well as internet industry practices.
