  • Online shoppers show a clear preference for sustainable delivery and returns solutions that adapt to their pace of life. In FY 2025, shipments handled with delivery to these points as the first option increased by 91.27% compared to the previous financial year.
  • The increase in NACEX.shop activity has generated a saving of 258.79 tonnes of CO2e.

In line with the new consumption habits of online shoppers, NACEX.shop’s upward trend has continued throughout this year. In FY 2025, NACEX, Logista’s express parcel and document delivery company, has handled twice as many shipments via its NACEX.shop network of convenience points, which now represent 13% of the company's eCommerce shipments.

Consumers are increasingly demanding when it comes to e-commerce and expect convenient, flexible, and sustainable delivery and returns solutions. This is demonstrated by the fact that, in 2025, shipments handled with delivery to NACEX.shop points as the first option increased by 91.27% compared to the previous financial year. By the same token, returns via the network of points nearly tripled.

Online shoppers find the optimised shopping experience they are looking for by means of the NACEX network, which translates into more sales and satisfied customers for businesses. The reasons are its proximity, availability, and immediacy. NACEX.shop guarantees wide geographical coverage with over 4,000 points in Spain and Portugal and extended opening hours, even at weekends.

In parallel, NACEX.shop is one of the main cornerstones of NACEX's strategy to meet the increase in volumes during campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Sales, maintaining the quality of the service. In addition, it minimises the environmental impact of last-mile distribution. By grouping shipments, this service speeds up deliveries and improves coexistence in urban areas, reducing journeys and CO2 emissions. When it comes to the latter, in 2025, the increase in NACEX.shop activity has generated savings of approximately 258.79 tonnes of CO2e.

"The growth of NACEX.shop shows that consumers value delivery solutions that adapt to their pace of life and respect the environment. Our network of points responds to that demand, offering a gratifying delivery experience,"  explained Xavier Calvo, Deputy General Director at NACEX. The ease and flexibility in pickups and returns also benefits eCommerce, which manages to achieve loyalty thanks to a delivery experience adapted to the needs of customers."
