NACEX, Logista’s express parcel and document delivery company, celebrates its 30th anniversary today. The company started its activity in Spain on February the 6th, 1995, and in 2006 it began in Portugal as part of a strategy focussed on expansion. In recent years, this expansion has been directed towards the Benelux region with the acquisition of Speedlink and Belgium Parcels Service, providing significant advantages to its customers, such as being able to have a global service offer available with NACEX and better delivery and collection times for international shipments.

 

Over three decades, the NACEX Network has tripled in size, with more than 300 franchise offices, 35 hubs, over 4,300 collaborators, and more than 2,600 vehicles. In 2002. becoming part of Logista, the leading distributor of products and services to local businesses in Europe, played a fundamental role in this growth, allowing the company to consolidate itself as a benchmark company in its sector.

Since its inception, NACEX has focussed on customer satisfaction. It adapts to their needs and puts all the resources into play to meet the commitments made. The result is a quality service with high added value for all types of sectors, with the guarantee of next-day delivery before 08:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 12:00 p.m.

Continued investment in technology such as Big Data, the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, and Augmented Reality to optimise delivery processes has been decisive. NACEX has also developed a powerful platform that allows its customers to access real-time information on their shipments and interact directly with their management.

The results of the latest satisfaction survey carried out by NACEX demonstrate the success of its customer focus. Thus, the overall satisfaction rate for the brand has exceeded 99%, almost one percentage point more than in 2023, and the overall score has stood at 9.11, the best in its history. Moreover, NACEX has been recognized as the "Recommended Brand 2025" in its "Correio Expresso-Nacional" category in Portugal, achieving the highest satisfaction rate (90.5). This result is based on the scores and evaluations provided for the brand in 2024 for the service provided in the "Portal da Queixa".

 

A Company with an Innovative Nature

The NACEX story is full of milestones that demonstrate its innovative spirit. Among others, it carried out strict monitoring of shipments as early as 2005, notifying the recipient via SMS or e-mail. In 2012, the NACEX.shop network of convenience points was created, which currently counts on more than 4,000 points in Spain and Portugal, for the flexible, convenient, and sustainable collection and delivery of shipments. In addition, in 2017 it made deliveries even more flexible with "My Favourite Delivery".

 

NACEXpharma deserves special mention, the specific temperature-controlled service for the shipment of medicines created by NACEX in 2016 and expanded with the launch of the new reusable isothermal packaging PHARMA BOX 15 – 25ºC in 2024. By means of this, the company provides the healthcare sector a complete range of controlled temperatures, between 2 and 8ºC and between 15 and 25ºC.

 

Committed to Sustainability

For years, NACEX has been an active player in the building of sustainable logistics. In addition to continuing to expand its network of NACEX.shop points to minimise last-mile journeys, it has integrated eco-design into its packaging to reduce plastic consumption and circularity initiatives, such as the Bag Back project to increase recyclability and recovery.

 

In the same vein, it introduced the calculation of energy consumption and CO2 emissions for each shipment in its IT system in 2018 so that customers could consult this via the www.nacex.com website, and in 2021 it launched the ECO Mobility program to help its franchisees electrify their fleets. All these initiatives were recognised in 2024 with the "Special Strategy Award" at the IV International Mobility Awards.

 

At the same time, NACEX maintains a growing commitment to society. A good example of this is its collaboration with ASDENT through the campaign "Donate a plastic top, a great gesture of charity" since 2018, which stands out for both its social and environmental aspects, by raising funds to promote advances in understanding and research on Dent's disease and allowing a large volume of plastic tops to be recovered.
