NACEX celebrates 31 Years Centred on Excellence, Innovation, and Sustainability
- Focused on quality, a commitment to technology and respect for the environment, NACEX provides a reliable, agile service adapted to the needs of its clients, which has allowed it to consolidate its position in strategic sectors.
NACEX, Logista’s express parcel and document delivery company, celebrates its 31st anniversary by reinforcing the pillars that have marked its trajectory since its creation on February the 6th, 1995: excellence in service, constant innovation, and a firm commitment to sustainability. On this basis, the company has been able to consolidate its position in strategic sectors.
Today, NACEX offers a reliable, agile service adapted to the needs of clients in various sectors thanks to a solid infrastructure made up of more than 300 franchise offices, 35 hubs, over 5,000 employees, a fleet of more than 2,600 vehicles, and over 4,000 NACEX.shop points in Spain and Portugal.
The integration of NACEX into Logista, the leading distributor of products and services to local businesses in Europe, in 2002 was crucial in achieving these figures. Their backing has allowed the company to grow steadily, further professionalise its network, and advance its internationalisation strategy. The expansion included Portugal in 2006 and the Benelux region with the acquisitions of Speedlink and Belgium Parcels Service in 2024.
Customer satisfaction is NACEX's top priority and, to ensure this, the company remains focused on providing a high-value-added service and guaranteeing compliance with its commitments. In the same vein, it continues to promote the digitalisation of its processes through advanced technologies that optimise management, improve traceability, and increase efficiency. A good example can be found in the Customer Service Department, which has incorporated technologies such as artificial intelligence and process automation to offer its customers an automated service for checking the status of their shipments, while simultaneously increasing its capacity to provide service during periods of high demand.
At the same time, NACEX remains committed to making a positive contribution to society and the environment. As a result, it continues to advance on its path towards more sustainable activity by expanding its network of NACEX.shop convenience points, committing to eco-design, and decarbonising its fleets, as part of a comprehensive strategy that combines reducing environmental impact and continuously improving service. In addition, NACEX collaborates with various charity organisations and projects that promote inclusion, scientific research, and support for vulnerable groups, thus reinforcing its role as an agent of change.
All the values and commitments that have defined NACEX throughout its 31-year history are reflected in the company's new corporate video. The recently launched piece highlights the focus on excellence, innovation, and sustainability, as well as the total commitment of its employees and franchisees, key to offering a safe, efficient, effective, and environmentally responsible service.
“Celebrating 31 years of history is only possible thanks to the dedication of our Network. They are the ones who make every shipment a reality and who, day after day, keep our commitment to excellence alive. Their constant effort, combined with the trust of our clients, drives us to continue evolving and anticipating the needs of an increasingly demanding environment. My full recognition and gratitude to all of them,” says Manuel Orihuela, General Director of NACEX.
