- NACEX will increase its workforce by 30%, add 90 vehicles and 60 additional routes, to maintain the quality of its service during peak activity.
- The company estimates that deliveries at NACEX.shop points will grow by more than 80% during this campaign, compared to the rest of the year.
To maintain operational excellence during one of the most demanding times of the year, NACEX, Logista’s express parcel and document delivery company, has boosted its infrastructure. To be specific, the company expects a 25% increase compared to its usual activity and a 10% rise over the previous Black Friday campaign.
Its network of franchises and staff is once again key to NACEX's strategy to manage the expected increase in activity. The company plans to expand its workforce by 30%.
In parallel, to accommodate the expected rise in activity, NACEX will expand its fleet by 90 vehicles, which will help streamline pickups and deliveries between operational hubs and franchises. In the same vein, the company will put 60 additional structural routes into operation, and the franchises will increase their resources by 26%.
"These measures will guarantee that we can handle the expected increase, while maintaining the reliability of our deliveries and the fulfilment of the commitments we have made to our customers. Maintaining the standards we are known for in all our shipments is our priority," says Manuel Orihuela, NACEX General Director.
Alongside these initiatives, NACEX's network of convenience points, NACEX.shop, will continue to be an essential part of NACEX's operations. Made up of more than 4,000 retailers, the network improves delivery and pickup efficiency, thanks to its extensive coverage in Spain and Portugal.
"In addition to providing consumers with a convenient and flexible alternative to home deliveries, NACEX.shop is the only sustainable way to attend to the needs of private individuals during what is expected to be a particularly high-volume campaign. It enables us to optimise resources, reduce the environmental impact, and guarantee an efficient and effective experience for consignees such as the eCommerce ones," concludes Manuel Orihuela.
NACEX.shop is becoming the preferred choice for consignees and eCommerce: in 2025, NACEX has doubled the number of shipments handled this way, which now account for 13% of its eCommerce shipments. Likewise, shipments handled via these delivery points as a first choice have grown by 91.27% and the number of returns has tripled in this fiscal year. NACEX expects deliveries via its NACEX.shop network to increase by 80% during the campaign compared to the rest of the year.
