Logista, one of the leading logistics operators in Europe, has announced its financial results for the first three months of fiscal year 2025, corresponding to the period between 1st October and 31st December 2024. Throughout this period, the company obtained revenues of €3,292 million, or 4% year-on-year growth. In addition, economic sales rose up to €458 million, a 7% increase compared to the same period of the previous year.

EBIT reached €86 million, or +20% compared to the first quarter of 2024.

All this leads to a net profit for the quarter of €77 million, or 6% more than the €73 million of Q1 2024.

The General Shareholders' Meeting held yesterday approved the distribution of a total dividend of €277 million (€2.09 per share) for the 2024 fiscal year, which represents an increase of 13% compared to the dividend distributed in the previous year (€1.85 gross per share). The company thus maintains its commitment to distribute at least 90% of its net profit via dividends.

Logista maintains its shareholder remuneration policy and in 2025 expects to pay out a dividend that is, at least, the same as in 2024, which reached 2.09 euros per share.
